EPC

From 1st October 2008 all dwellings for rent will be required to have an Energy Performance Certificate. Responsibility for provision of the EPC rests with the landlord.

The EPC must be made available to any prospective tenant and will therefore need to be commissioned prior to the property being marketed. A landlord will be subject to a £200 penalty should they fail to provide an EPC upon request.

We have in-house Energy assessor who can offer this service to you at excellent prices.
